1. Use of the Platform

ConvoWize provides AI-powered simulated conversation tools intended to help users practice and improve communication skills in various contexts, including but not limited to:

• Job interviews
• Customer service training
• Personal relationship conversations
• Difficult or sensitive conversations (e.g., coming out, conflict resolution)

You understand and agree that these simulations are for educational and self-improvement purposes only. The platform does not constitute therapy, legal advice, professional consulting, or any form of certified counseling.

2. No Responsibility for Real-World Outcomes

ConvoWize and its creators, owners, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, licensors, and partners (collectively, "ConvoWize Parties") do not and cannot guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, emotional impact, or real-life outcomes of conversations that take place following use of the Platform.

By using ConvoWize, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate, and are not a substitute for professional judgment.
• Any decisions, actions, or communications you undertake based on interactions within the Platform are entirely your responsibility.
• You use the Platform at your own risk and discretion.

ConvoWize Parties shall not be liable for any loss, harm, emotional distress, damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive), or legal claims arising from your use of the Platform or the outcomes of any real-world conversations you engage in thereafter.

3. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence to simulate human-like conversations. While designed to provide helpful guidance and insights, the AI may:

• Misinterpret user input
• Generate factually incorrect or misleading content
• Suggest actions or phrases that are culturally or emotionally inappropriate
• Offer communication strategies that may not suit your unique context

You agree not to rely on the Platform for any life-altering, medical, legal, or crisis-related advice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of any information you input
• Interpreting AI responses critically
• Deciding what, how, and whether to apply any feedback or suggestions
• Understanding the limitations of simulated communication tools

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in any illegal or harmful activity
• Harass, defame, or abuse any individual or group
• Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the AI
• Represent the AI responses as professional advice or factual statements

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge ConvoWize Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses - including but not limited to emotional, reputational, professional, or financial loss - arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

This release covers all known and unknown claims and is intended to be interpreted as broadly as possible.

6. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ConvoWize disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We make no representations or guarantees:

• That the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That the content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• That using the Platform will improve your communication or outcomes

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvoWize Parties from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of ConvoWize or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission.

9. Account & Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction). By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring use by minors.

10. Account Termination

a. Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in Settings > Account > Delete Account
• Contacting us at info@convowize.com

b. Termination by ConvoWize

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Your conduct harms other users or third parties
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law or legal process

c. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.

11. Modifications to the Platform or Terms

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
